My Story
Michele Thompson has over 20 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience with
global corporations such as AT&T, IBM, Uber and Levi Strauss.
Born and raised in Dallas, she has also been based in the Bay Area and Seattle. Her passion is researching, developing and implementing strategic sourcing solutions through innovation, technology and process optimization. She has built and managed global sourcing and talent acquisition teams of over 225. Her RPO experience includes sourcing, recruiting, managing and global leadership for projects at Aon Hewitt, Randstad Sourceright and IBM. Some of the clients services were Honeywell, Marriott, UHG, Ford Motor Company and Bank of America.

Michele has built and delivered training on Sourcing Innovation, maximizing pipeline and Hiring Manager partnerships to name a few. She also has significant experience in ATS/CRM selection and implementation.

In her spare time, Michele is a published author of romantic fiction and has penned six books under the pseudonym Michele Grant. A foodie and wine snob, Michele also enjoys gardening, reading and campaigning to make chocolate a food group.
